WENCESLAO UNANUE Research Professor, School of Business, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Co-Director, Diploma in Organizational Happiness IAU Wenceslao is also Co-Director of the Diploma in Organizational Happiness (DFO) IAU, Director of the Institute of Welfare, Director of the Port of Iquique, and advisor to multiple organizations both in Chile and abroad. He is a member of the Working Group of International Experts (IEWG) that are collaborating with the Government of Bhutan and the United Nations in implementing a new development paradigm based on happiness and welfare to enable mankind to build a more just, sustainable and happy world. His contributions have been recognized both nationally and internationally, which has led him to provide multiple conferences in countries such as England, the United States, Russia, Scotland, Poland, Bhutan, Romania, Holland, France, Colombia, Mexico and Chile. It is, additionally, editor and co-author of Happiness: Evidence and experiences to change our world. "When the economy is not associated with the well-being of people, and a country focuses on generating products or services, without public policies that ensure conditions of quality of life that focus on collective well-being, you can be successful in figures and fail in the experience of people who produce wealth."
